  • Work with China marketing director and global marketing team leaders on developing andimplementing digital marketing strategy and plan for China research market.

  • Lead marketing shifting to digital marketing driven and develop tailored digital marketingresources and solution to enable sales and editorial in engaging research customers andcommunities.

  • Meet with sales, marketing and editorial colleagues on a regular basis to plan and delivereffective digital marketing initiatives for shared goals and measure results by using centralizedplatforms and metrics.

  • Collaborate with global marketing colleagues to escalate the measurement of digitalmarketing programs outcome in China market and optimize existing resources to driveoutcome of digital marketing as expected.

  • Set target and KPIs for digital marketing programs, motivate and enable other team to deliverdigital marketing initiatives as expected.


■ Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience in marketing, demonstrated ability to manage digital marketingprograms.

  • Understand target customer needs, market trends and the competitive landscape to createdigital marketing solutions aligned with the business strategy.

  • Marketing savvy, strong communication, presentation skills, be proactive, customer focus andresult driven

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.

  • A good team player, knowledge of OA publishing.

02.Researcher Experience Specialist


Position Title: Researcher Experience Specialist

Wiley China Marketing group is offering Researcher Experience Specialist to align with Chinagrowth strategy. This role will primarily focus on Research market in China and will mainly beresponsible for:


  • Responsible for creating high level Wiley product and service-based solutions and researchvalue stories to enable gov affair, editorial and sales teams in driving revenue growth/articlesubmission, and to escalate Wiley’s impact to Chinese authors and all research communities;

  • Behave as a senior researcher solution specialist, providing high value expertise online andoffline training workshops and seminars for key customers and for high profile research events;

  • Create tailored digital content and service for Chinese researchers and authors to address themajor pain points in the author’s journey with Wiley;

  • Work with product team and B2C digital marketing team to engage key researchers and KOLsdigitally, and to generate China revenue uplift opportunities through social and e-commerceplatforms;

  • Work with China Marketing Director and global marketing team leaders on developing andimplementing a China researcher experience escalation marketing plan;

  • Meet with editorial, digital product and B2C marketing team on a regular basis to developeffective product and service positioning, messaging, and high value stories.
    Collaborate with social and digital marketing team to develop high quality tailored contentand service to delight Chinese authors and researchers, and digitally address their pain pointsin the author journey;

  • Engage with OA and non-OA authors, and improve author experience through digital contentand services via integrated social platforms;
    Work with digital marketing team and product team to generate research revenue upliftopportunities through digital marketing programs;


■ Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Science, overseas study background is desirable.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in doing research, deep understanding about author needs and author journey in research and publishing, knowledge of OA publishing.

  • A combination of strategic and pragmatic skills, encompassing strong strategy product marketing abilities, client relationship management skills and tactical, more hands-on involvement

  • International journal marketing savvy, customer needs focus, strong communication skills.

03.Library Solution Specialist


Position Title: Library Solution Specialist

Department: Marketing

Wiley China Marketing group is looking for a marketing professional with master’s degree in lifescience, health science or clinical medicine for a Library Solution Specialist role with primaryfocus on research business and responsible for all marketing activities of library channel in Chinamarket.

This role will plan and execute strategic marketing programs, projects as well as industrial bestpractices for demand generation as well as customer retention that promote and support WileyChina’s strategic and marketing objectives in library channel.

He/she will behave as a solution consultant, providing expertise training to librarians and endusers in order to support sales team to develop new opportunities and retain renewals.

The successful applicant will be aligned with China business objectives, plan and implement shortand long-term end user engagement programs, collaborate with marketing, sales, editorial andtechnology teams to increase product and service awareness and usage in China market.

Marketing Planning

  • Develop and deliver annual marketing plan with allocated budget for research business inChina market

Demand Generation

  • Tracking campaign performance in CRM system and provide report for ROI analysis

Sales Enablement

Thought Leadership

04.Marketing Executive

Position Title: Marketing Executive

Wiley China Education team is looking for a marketing professional with bachelor’s degree for amarketing executive role with primary focus on Education Publishing business and digital solutionbusiness, and responsible for all marketing activities of library and retail channels in China market.


This role will plan and execute strategic marketing programs, projects as well as industrial bestpractices for demand generation as well as customer retention that promote and support WileyChina’s strategic and marketing objectives in library 2B and 2C channel.

He/she will behave as a product expert, creating professional product information and value storyto librarians, potential partners, end users and retail partners in order to support sales team andBusiness Development team.

The successful applicant will be aligned with China business objectives, plan and implement shortand long-term end user engagement programs, collaborate with BD team, sales team, APAC/Globalteams and cooperate with 3rd parties to increase product and service awareness and usage in Chinamarket.

  • Work closely with retail sales team and partners to drive revenue growth by various digitalmarketing programs

Support Wiley Education social media management

  • Content planning and drafting

  • Daily maintenance of the social media account

  • Oversee the data relevant to the social media account and be able to provide analysis and insight from the number

Support Wiley Education quarterly newsletter

  • Sensitive to industrial news and trend, good at collecting information and drafting intovaluable message to share out, on a quarterly basis.

■ Job Scope and Responsibilities

  • Be part of a global editorial team responsible for steering the scientific, operational andstrategic delivery of the journal. You will collaborate with the Editor-in-Chief, Deputy Editor,Associate Editors in Health Science Report, and existing Editorial office to ensure anexceptional publishing service for authors.
