羽扇豆（Lupinus micranthus Guss.），俗称鲁冰花（疑似羽扇豆属名Lupinus的谐音），一年生草本，高可达70厘米。茎基部分枝，掌状复叶，小叶披针型至倒披针型，叶质厚，总状花序顶生，花序轴纤细，花梗甚短，萼二唇形，被硬毛，花冠蓝色，旗瓣和龙骨瓣具白色斑纹。荚果长圆状线形，种子卵形，扁平，斑纹，光滑。3-5月开花，4-7月结果。
羽扇豆园艺栽培品种较多，特别是花序挺拔、丰硕，花色艳丽多彩，有白、红、蓝、紫等变化，而且花期长，可用于片植或在带状花坛群体配植，同时也是切花生产的好材料。
羽扇豆原产地中海区域，多生长于沙地的温带地区。当前，已在新西兰和北欧（如冰岛、挪威、芬兰等）等地区形成了星火燎原之势并建立了大面积的单优群落，且造成了比较严重的生态危害，故羽扇豆已被部分国家和地区列为入侵植物。
