可是我最近在家里和办公室的电脑上都下载不了当年期刊上的所有文章。不知道这个期刊是否有纸质本。他们倒是给我寄来了纸质本，但质量很差，不象正规期刊的质量。

这个发给我邮件的期刊又是什么期刊？我这篇文章是否真的被正当地传播了？
