  本书以一个多世纪以来美国文官制度的变迁为基础,全面勾勒了美国文官群体发展演变的轨迹,着重在政治和社会层面上对美国文官群体的政府角色和阶级阶层属性进行了定位阐释与分析。这是近年来国内系统研究美国文官这一特殊白领职业群体的一部重要著作,具相当之学术价值。

学术简历

石庆环,女,195812月生,吉林双辽人。历史学博士。曾执教于黑龙江大学和东北师范大学,现任辽宁大学历史学院教授、副院长兼世界史系主任,辽宁大学校学术委员会委员,辽宁省社科基金项目历史学科评审专家,辽宁省社科成果奖历史学科评审专家,中国美国史学会理事。主要从事世界现当代史和美国史的教学与研究工作。1997年至1998年度为美国基督教亚洲高等教育联合董事会项目研究学者;2001年至2002年度为美国政府富布来特基金项目研究学者。著有《20世纪美国文官制度与官僚政治》》等书。并在《世界历史》、《史学理论研究》、《美国研究》、《史学月刊》、《史学集刊》、《社会科学战线》、《求是学刊》、《东北师范大学学报》、《辽宁大学学报》以及其他专业学术刊物上发表论文40余篇。主持过国家社会科学基金和中共中央组织部人事制度改革项目等国家级科研课题。
