许多研究和临床应用中需要在大脑等部位植入电子探头,例如对损伤的大脑和血管进行大脑压力、温度和电活动等生理信息的记录,但是这种探头本身属于组织异物,需要在使用结束后手术去除,这会给患者造成二次损伤。另外由于这种探头需要链接导线,容易发生细菌感染或机械刺激导致出血等问题。因此科学家一直希望能制作出组织可吸收的传感器,采用无线传递信号,这样可以避免上述缺陷。最近《自然》在线报道了这种新的无线可吸收探头,在大鼠头部安装后能进行温度和压力无线分析,这一技术将有利于脑外伤等的基础研究和也将能用于指导临床治疗效果的评估。最新这种技术能无线传递温度、pH、运动、压力等生理信息,探头可以被组织吸收,实现了无线传递信号。
美国、韩国(北朝鲜也有份)和新加坡科学家联合完成的该技术。
