人民公仆的文化之源:圣经新约

题解:

罗马的军团征服了世界,犹太的夫子征服了罗马,  岂止是因为它的神通广大,何尝不是因为他的良苦用心。

他的公仆思想,何尝不是我们的公仆思想的来源。当然我们现在的公仆思想,我个人是反对的,因为他的效果不理想,更因为明明做官的就是人民的主人,因为当官的有权,而人民的权力还不彰显。权力永远是主人,让人民成为主人,必须在权力关系上重新设计。

是不是主人,完全和道德说教无关,完全和抽象的理想无关。具体的才是真实的。

我说,圣经的公仆思想是我们现在公仆思想的来源,当然,详细的脉络还没有梳理清楚,最后想说的是,我真诚地求教于读者。

 

只是在你们中间,不是这样。你们中间,谁愿为大,就必作你们的用人。 在你们中间,谁愿为首,就必作众人的仆人。 因为人子来,并不是要受人的服事,乃是要服事人,并且要舍命,作多人的赎价。 ( 马可 10:43-45)

我是你们的主,你们的夫子,尚且洗你们的脚,你们也当彼此洗脚。 我给你们作了榜样,叫你们照着我向你们所作的去作。 ( 约翰 13:14-15)

"Whoever wishes to become great among you shall be your servant; and whoever wishes to be first among you shall be slave of all. For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve and to give His life a ransom for many." ( Mark 10:43-45)

"If I then, the Lord and the Teacher, washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet. For I gave you an example that you also should do as I did to you." ( John 13:14-15)

主人就是仆人
22:24 门徒起了争论,他们中间那一个可算为大。
And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest.
 
22:25 耶稣说,外邦人有君王为主治理他们。那掌权管他们的称为恩主。
And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors.
 
22:26 但你们不可这样。你们里头为大的,倒要像年幼的。为首领的,倒要像服事人的。
But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.
 
22:27 是谁为大,是坐席的呢,是服事人的呢。不是坐席的大吗。然而我在你们中间,如同服事人的。
For whether is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at meat? but I am among you as he that serveth.

13:1 逾越节以前,耶稣知道自己离世归父的时候到了。他既爱世间属自己的人,就爱他们到底。
Now before the feast of the passover, when Jesus knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them unto the end.
13:4 就离席站起来脱了衣服,拿一条手巾束腰。
He riseth from supper, and laid aside his garments; and took a towel, and girded himself.
13:5 随后把水倒在盆里,就洗门徒的脚,并用自己所束的手巾擦乾。
After that he poureth water into a bason, and began to wash the disciples' feet, and to wipe them with the towel wherewith he was girded.
13:6 挨到西门彼得,彼得对他说,主阿,你洗我的脚吗。
Then cometh he to Simon Peter: and Peter saith unto him, Lord, dost thou wash my feet?
13:7 耶稣回答说,我所作的,你如今不知道,后来必明白。
Jesus answered and said unto him, What I do thou knowest not now; but thou shalt know hereafter.
13:8 彼得说,你永不可洗我的脚。耶稣说,我若不洗你,你就与我无分了。
Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.
13:9 西门彼得说,主阿,不但我的脚,连手和头也要洗。
Simon Peter saith unto him, Lord, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head.
13:10 耶稣说,凡洗过澡的人,只要把脚一洗,全身就乾净了。你们是乾净的,然而不都是乾净的。
Jesus saith to him, He that is washed needeth not save to wash his feet, but is clean every whit: and ye are clean, but not all.
13:12 耶稣洗完了他们的脚,就穿上衣服,又坐下,对他们说,我向你们所作的,你们明白吗。
So after he had washed their feet, and had taken his garments, and was set down again, he said unto them, Know ye what I have done to you?
13:13 你们称呼我夫子,称呼我主,你们说的不错。我本来是。
Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am.
13:14 我是你们的主,你们的夫子,尚且洗你们的脚,你们也当彼此洗脚。
