第二项注射减肥药索马鲁肽（Semaglutide）的实验效果出炉

第二项注射减肥索马鲁肽（Semaglutide）的研究证实了本月早些时候的一项研究中报道的体重大幅下降，从而证明了这种新药的可靠性和稳健性。

三分之一的受试者体重减轻了20%体重，这种效果接近于袖状胃切除术（一种广泛应用的减肥手术）的效果。与安慰剂组相比，索马鲁肽（Semaglutide）组体重减轻的幅度更大，与心脏代谢危险因素（包括腰围、收缩压、糖化血红蛋白和甘油三酯）较大幅度改善有关。
