俄罗斯科技部新的重点科研领域国际顶尖人才招聘专项

“关于俄罗斯联邦政府高校、政府科学院以及研究机构招聘国际优秀科学家的措施”

资助额度3年9000万卢布（225万欧元-对等1800万人民币），有可能延长两年。

招聘机构需要提供四分之一的配套资金。

项目申请截止时间：2013年1月31日（莫斯科当地时间11点）

评审结果：优胜者将于2013年4月25日选出。

优胜者将在俄罗斯的高校或研究所组建一个自己的科研团队以完成拟定的任务。
