The Moon rises red tonight,

her face bathed in ruby glow so deep

she leaves me tasting cherries.

今晚升起月红

彷佛新沐花容，丽丽霞辉中

玉人赐余樱桃味正浓

 

Her swollen face transcends twilight

and ignites a sanguine sword

that shimmers on the bay.

伊面潮红，胜过朦胧

照亮人生希望之剑

熠熠桂香中

 

Higher in the sky -- orange, untwinkling,

the cold sands of Mars drift

further and further from our world.

越升越高，橙而光明

火星寒沙漫漂移

渐离人间远行

 

But the Moon...

The Moon...

She's so red tonight.

但对婵娟...

婵娟...

今晚月貌如此红
