睡眠质量与前列腺癌相关

睡眠问题可能会增加前列腺癌风险
睡眠不好会让人精神不振，注意力无法集中，但睡眠不好的影响远不止这些。一项最新研究显示，睡眠不好或许还会增加男性罹患前列腺癌的风险。
近日，冰岛大学研究人员在美国《癌症流行病学、生物标志和预防》（Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers & Prevention）期刊上报告说，睡眠问题损害健康已成为现代社会的普遍问题。比如，此前有研究发现，睡眠不好的女性罹患乳腺癌的风险高。但科学家并不清楚睡眠问题与男性前列腺癌之间的关联。
在这项新研究中，研究人员以2100多名67岁至96岁的冰岛男性为对象，研究睡眠对前列腺癌风险的影响。他们首先调查了这些研究对象的睡眠质量，发现其中14.4％的人存在严重或非常严重的睡眠问题，包括难以入睡、夜间易醒、晨醒过早等。这些人参与研究时均未患前列腺癌，但跟踪研究5年后，其中6.4％罹患前列腺癌。
在考虑了年龄等影响因素后，研究人员发现，睡眠不好的人罹患前列腺癌的风险，是没有睡眠问题者的1.6倍到2.1倍。研究人员表示，如果这一结果得到进一步研究的验证，那么要降低罹患前列腺癌的风险，睡眠也许是一个潜在的干预目标。
