富勒烯的常用反应简要

某师兄要做富勒烯相关东西,他的合作教授要求如下:

If you have time, you could develop a synthetic scheme how to make C60 fullerenes with one or two side chains containing aldehydes or ketones (Prato method, Bingel method, etc) and send me the outline.

要点

1. 产率低,勤点板。

2. 分离很纯很难,多用离心洗产物

3. 溶解差

4. 分离所用溶剂毒

5. 勤用CS2、质谱和碳谱

6. 多爱护自己的小肝和肾

7. 仔细看文献的支持材料

8. 不要阳光直射,暂时不用的放冰箱冷藏,长期不用的放惰性气体封好冷藏或冷冻,防止缓慢氧化,氧化物只能专门的柱子HPLC除掉,偶尔用氧化铝的柱子也能除。
